It's pretty obvious that Lotus has strategically engineered their car not so much for raw speed as around the premature tire degradation and Kimi's ability to be smooth and preserve them. So, there are going to be some tracks where that strategy will work and some where they're going to have to settle for what they can get. Kimi got some good points, as did Grosjean.

There's little doubt that Lotus is one of the teams that is hoping that Pirelli does nothing to improve the tires.

dear Iceman.
I must say you are one hell of a silent killer.
while the world was caught up with alonso's potential victory and a battle with redbull and everyone writing you off, you displayed a superb clinical drive for a deserving second.
Everyone is talking about a vettel- alonso duel, but i think you have a great chance to come into the mix.
I have a feeling its gonna be:
Vettel v/s Alonso- Iceman.

Kimi had a severe allergic reaction just before the race so that he could not take part in the drives' parade. It's amacing that he could drive so well.
