Kimi is sure the best bang for the $. I think all drivers should be put on performance pay scales. As much as I like JB, he for sure has not performed so far to be worth the 16M he's getting, at least this year so far.

-Vettel is worth 30m
-Kimi is worth 20m
-Ferdi is worth 20m (just because he drives a red car)
-Hamilton, Button, Webber(just because he drives a blue car), Massa and Rosberg worth 10m
-Gross-Jeans and all the others 5m, only because it is the world's most life-threatening sport.
...and give a million to the winner of each race so we can see some REAL racing!

Kimi is only that low because he is on the same contract he signed when he returned to F1, at that stage he was an unknown on where he would be, he should be 15 million plus next year.

Button, vastly overpaid. If the team can make such an obvious boo boo it's probably the tip of the iceberg. Explains a lot. McLaren could of retained Hammie with some of that money. Gobsmacking stupid!

@ JJ I totally agree with you. All dirvers must be put by their teams on a performance pay scale. top tier drivers should be given a Maximum base pay, like for example Vettel or Alonso where they are a multiple title holders, could have a maximum of 10 million a year and then just be given bonuses on points scored, number of wins or any other performance related things.
And beside these drivers earn on their personal endorsements and appearance on some events.
