Whoo hoo! , a Silver Arrows 1 - 2!
Great stuff from Nico, Lewis and the Mercedes boys & girls.

I hope they both make a great start and whoever is second into turn 1 can hold up the field long enough to let his team mate get away for the win. Mercedes deserve a win for all the progress they have made.

@Darth vader

i disagree with your point. Mercedes went today with a more conservative setup, but don't forget that Barcelona is not an easy track for overtake. Leaders in this race tend to fly away

If Mercedes drive like a team, they can potentially block any passing, the only problem is the guy in #2 will have his aero wrecked by chasing in the faster sweeping turns. Gonna be interesting to see how hard Ferrari and Red Bull push at the beginning to get to the front, cause if Mercedes can wreck the air in front of them, they will have issues with tire deg if they push for too long with out success.

Lotus and Red Bull will be praying for open air.

It is hard to overtake in sector three but there is another DRS zone in sector two and here the top speed of the cars when in DRS mode will make it really interesting.
Alonso 318, Kimi 313, Lulu/Nico 312, Vettel 306.

If the arrows can hold it off the line they should be hard to pass, as they're fast in the final high speed sector.

I think Rosberg will attack harder and burn out quicker than Hamilton and the team will make a call for him to pass and win....

Westy was probably referring to the difference between Lewis and Nico in Q2 (0.775 difference). Hopefully Lewis and Nico are getting equal treatment this round in terms of race setup.
