F1 » Honda 'set to announce F1 return'


Japanese media reports suggest that Honda could be poised to confirm a return to F1 as an engine supplier in the near future - and possibly before the end of the week...

Its all bad news. The new engines will do nothing and Honda will tire of F1 (like it did before) with no real commitment to the sport apart from having its name splashed left, right and centre.

I hope they will show support for Kobayashi too if he is still without a drive by 2015. I would love to see KK in a Honda powered McLaren.

Honda built a good engine when they first entered f1. a transverse v12, but it took big john to put it in the right chassis.
as regards the mention of the indycar engine, any f1 engine would have no relationship to the indy engine. dimensions are totally different.
