Just to highlight, Lewis Hamilton, the "driver who can (allegedly) pull a great result from a bad car"

In "normal" race conditions, his 2nd to 12th is bay far (and that's some statement) Mercedes WORST race, by some distance.

Before any of you Shammy fans start with the usual diatribe, please note the "normal" race conditions which I have highlighted twice now.

That said, I'm confident I will need to clarify what "normal" (3rd time) means.

Happy to be proved wrong, but please only if you can back it up with FACTS, which having read posts on here for a while, I also might have to clarify too!

Apparently you haven't heard of the first to ninth provided by Nico. And not even the greatest driver of all time could pull a rabbit out of the hat provided by Merc. Please hit the pipe a little harder.

rob. it is many years since I graced school, but my maths is not too bad.
a drop from 1st to 9 th is 8 places...but a drop from 2nd to 12th is a drop of 10 places!

so that is another record that lulu has broken...biggest (merc) drop in places under normal racing conditions.
