He got a 5 place grid penalty in Monaco for changing his gearbox so that shouldn't stop him getting a penalty in Canada, I have to agree that he should have got a penalty although I think the fact that the Tecpro barrier moved made it look a lot worse than it was.

owen. it was a 9g crash, so the barrier made the crash less severe than it could have been. Chilton should have been suspended for at least one race and made do a "better driver " course!
