But how can FIA not have any observer? I dont have insight knowledge on how FIA functions,but even an armchair fan like me would know this can be serious issue and have supervision .

zib. yes, that is what I have been saying . unfortunately the fia have not made any statement apart from their statement abut the "conditional" letter that was not complied with. an fia observer is required at all sanction outings. neither merc or Pirelli have made any statement either, about the fia being present or not.
Pirelli an/or merc should have queried the holding of a test, if there was no observer present. the more we find out, the murkier the picture!
