He says he's been doing his best. If that's been his best, then what would he have to do to win races and then a WDC.......or two??

Could it be that he IS actually out of his depth at this level??

He definitely needs to sort himself out, but I really don't think it's as bad as everyone is making out.

If you take all of Grosjean's accidents combined, he still has less contacts/called before the stewards than Hamilton did in 2011 alone! And Hamilton is a WDC!

His race ban because of the incident at Spa last year was a complete joke! Yes, it was a big accident, but his actual move that he pulled was not bad at all and he only had the slightest of touches with Hamilton. It was PURE bad luck that caused such a big accident.

Just have a look at the move Vettel pulled on Button at the start of the Japanese GP in 2011. That was FAR more aggressive but thanks to Button, no contact was made. If they did collide, it would have been a big one, but due to the nature of the track, probably not as bad as Spa.

Vettel didn't even get a drive through, yet his actual move was far worse than Grosjean at Spa.

Problem is now is that his confidence is rattled. Hard to come back from this many incidents.

He has a bad reputation right now and sadly he will never get rid of that short of becoming WDC.

And then he keeps crashing, keeps crashing, keeeeeeps crraaaaaaasssshiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing !

No Grosjean, you're not as good as the others drivers, you won't be world champion, but say thank you to Renault who wants to keep a french in the team and your sponsors have a lot of money to waste.
Ide was sanctionned for less than that. The FIA are as*holes like Ecclestone and his money traffic and Todt don't care about F1 anymore.

Roman's problem is his ability or lack thereof to concentrate for 100% of the time while racing. He is quick and has some natural ability but just seems to lose focus at times and I think that is all it takes to drop someone from tier 1 to tier 2. The Monaco Accident appeared to be a judgement error or a lapse in concentration, I am starting to think it is the latter and maybe he was thinking about something other than his brake marker. Maybe he can turn it around, I probably tend to think not.
