John Watson has a point, none of the other drivers have these annoying little gimmicks, though I think that may have to do with Simon Fuller and Lewis' management.

That dog should be nowhere near an F1 paddock, bear in mind it is normally 30 - 40C in most of the countries they visit, it cannot be pleasant - leave him at home like Mark Webber does.

Well, I think Nico is just showing the world that Hamilton really isn't as good as everyone thinks he is, at least over 1 lap, just like Button showed the world that Hamilton isn't as good as everyone thought over a race distance.

Let's be honest here and look at Hamilton's qualifying competition to date.

Alonso - Commonly agreed not the best qualifier

Kovalinen - Not known as a great qualifier

Button - I'm a big Button fan, but qualifying is NOT his forte!

Exactly how anyone came to the conclusion that Hamilton was 'the best in the world' over 1 lap based on the competition he's had so far is beyond me. Especially when you consider he's been in one of the fastest cars for his whole career!

Lewis Hamilton.
Short hair, long hair, hair with stripes.
Wears shorts, trousers, racing overalls, nothing.
Smiles, frowns.
Talks, says nothing.
Brings his dog.
Brings his partner.
What ever this guy does, there is a base of watchers that go out of their way to criticise him.

I agree the pitlane is not the place for a pooch and I agree that LH does seem to ponce about but really, what would John Watson actually know about LH's focus? He's not (AFAIK) in Lewis's inner circle, so surely it's just personal perception. It wasn't so long ago that lots of folk thought Kimi was similarly lazy and it turned out to be unfounded!
