Ding dong, Avon calling! The men of Melksham will rise again, providing season-long-lasting sets of rock hard tyres with true road-relevance, the lack of marbles allowing multiple lines and the lack of grip sorting out the men from the boys. I can smell 'em now....

Who ever supplies the tyres it is time we had a return to sanity. The present tyres are a joke and the problem needs to be addressed soon because F1 is being reduced to a tyre preservation formula. F1 should be all about driving flat out, fast as you can not poodling round trying to preserve your tyres. Also I thought costs neede to be cut but nobody seems to care, the haves think it's fine and the donothaves struggle on hoping that a new dawn is coming and they will become competitive, just how deluded can you get?

The engineers at Avon are very capable of designing tires for Formula One. The question is, are they willing to debase their talents to play the roll of court jester in F1's entertainment show?
