F1 » Montreal not as easy as it looked, insists Vettel

Despite the picturesque setting for the F1 Grand Prix of Canada, Sebastian Vettel said that Sunday's race had been no walk in the park no matter how easy it might have looked from the outside.

@Cris Zarate

In China Alonso cruised to the flag, Kimi and Lewis battled for 2nd and 3rd until he was dropped by Kimi

In China.... That was the race they called Vettel on the radio and told him not to race Alonso...he swept pass both Lewis and Kimi at turn 2

pretty sure this race was more about someone getting the setup right. Given the limited setup opportunities. Merc probably were to conservative and RBR aced Vettel's car, he just took off with at least a second in hand, not even a race for him, he was almost 2-3 seconds faster on full fuel.

It should come back to lotus and ferrari when people are actually getting more out of their tires and not being conservative like the merc powered cars.

I don't think it was as easy as it looked.

It seemed like the finger was making life more difficult for the finger than the finger need it to be.

@Cris Zarati

And in Malaysia they told the finger not to race Webber...
