Force India deputy team principal Bob Fernley says the team wouldn't stand in the way of Paul di Resta if he wanted to move to a bigger team for the 2014 F1 season

He really gets on my nerves - I just can't imagine how this man has a fan base! And why is he always linked to the big seats? His team mate who spent a year out of the car is matching him. Why isn't Sutil considered (glassing aside) for a seat at a bigger team?

Sutil also hasn't been able to consistently rake in the points as Paul has, despite his qualifying pace...

I think Paul is a good clean racer and isn't so much concerned about PR. I'd sooner he pointed the finger than allowed himself to look like a lame duck when problems occur that aren't his fault. But I do think he needs to work on 'di Resta the brand' and pull out some podiums, if not wins, if he wants to break into the top teams.
