The three teams are now lifting their opposition to the Kevlar belt tyres so I doubt this will happen.

Mallya made me cringe though, said a tyre exploding in front of another driver wasn't a problem, as Newey suggested if the tyre hits the driver behind at 160+ it's a big problem. Mallya clearly doesn't but much value on the drivers well being.

Yeah, with the number of drivers saying they don't feel safe surely something has to be done, it would make both the FIA and Pirelli look really bad otherwise. Taking no action at all would be like saying they are not concerned with the drivers' safety.

may be the drivers should boycott FIA first.
* for advicing pirelli to make this kind of tyres
*their rules suck
*rules and penalties apply only at times depending on the contacts you got.
* it is just a name that hinders the sport without any credible solutions to any given situation.

finally a meeting will be held on wednesday, as bernie would say, the verdict would be pre determined, that is to race the tyres that hamilton and rosberg tested.
