We don't watch for Rossi, we watch for the racing. Nonetheless there are few riders with as much passion as this man, it's good to have another winner in MotoGP whatever his name. We now have 4 (maybe even 5) riders fighting for wins. MotoGP is exciting again!

just proves he can only win on the best bike. Rossi is only just a bit better than a average rider, he won on the weapon that was the RC211V, and despite what the fanboys said he won on a 99 percent sorted M1 yamaha with crossplane in 2004. The fan boys always say how hes a great development rider, but then look at the Ducati saga. His failure at Ducati highlights how he cant ride average- poor bikes. So what does he do? jump back on the beautfiul M1 and he wins again. Not surprsing really, atleast 3/4 of the grid could win on a factory yamaha too!

So many people wrote him off and I have to admit that I was beginning to lose faith in him. But this past weekend proved many doubters wrong. I think he will win more races this year and it'll be 4-way to the championship. as long as he stays in the top 4 for qualification I'm sure he can fight with the top dogs. I think the only person who can stop him is Lorenzo since it's already proven that Pedrosa can't.

“For me this is one of the most special victories of my career,” Rossi added. “I put this on my 'podium' (top three best wins) because it is a long, long time"

I wonder what the other two are...South Africa 2004 and LS maybe?

What a punk.. you talck like that because you dont have 34 year old and you are racing with the best of the World, But maybe Lorenzo and Pedrosa are not the best in the world for you? because they also ride one Yamaha and Honda machine.. I guess you favorit must be the fisher man that have a big mouth but go to honda to crash on the 2 year , loss the Champ and retire like a bitch complaing about everythingh.. 4sure this guy that is much younger then Rossi is your hero.. He was a hero if he had worck like Rossi on the Repsol just Joke, Win and say this is boring with Honda is very esay.. Then he g for Yamaha and Rock.. Your here only win in 2007 because of the advantages he had, Casey is very good and fast but he also needs ecerythingh worcking very well or he will crash very hard. Casey is good but will never be has consistente has Lorenzo or Rossi and with consistency is how riders win Titles..

2007, Ducati, BS tyres, super engine, title for Casey.. Wach that yeaar again and you see how esay it was.. only on the slow track Rossi win, one exemple is Assen one track with flow but is slow in terms of top speeds.. thats why this year CRT bikes where also good and beat Ducati..lolo

2011 last year of 800cc Honda putt a lot of money into this sesson because they whant to have one title on 800cc..lolo they build the seemles transmition and the Hondas Rock all year, only Lorenzo beat the Hondas finish 2.. Pedrosa was injure dont make many points and Dovi well he never perform very good on the repsol.. 2011 Casey, Lorenzo, Pedrosa and Dovi.. Honda rule that year..

Open your mind Casey was good very fast rider in qualify, but racing he never was super consistente is very angry rider.. he do mistakes like in 2012 SACH lossing to pedrosa Mistakes that are not from one PRO..

@RidgeRacerHRC

The best riders get the best bikes, look at Marc he had the best 125, moto2 and now motogp bike.
So would you say he can only win on the best bike?

It aint ratings mate. Its peoples opinions. Everyone, (except yourself) think you're wrong, ergo, YOU ARE WRONG. What about Spies? He's a decent rider, he didn't do too good on it. What about Edwards. He's a decent rider, he didn't do too good on it.

Is your point that Rossi is not a God?? Erm, thanks for that. Yeah, he's just human. But, you obviously think a lot of him if you need to remind people he isn't an actual deity. Thats a great compliment!!!

When you say "Rossi brigade", are you referring to most people who watch Moto GP??? The Ducati is a crap bike. Stoner was just an amazing rider whose style suited the Ducati a little more, plus Stoner had more to prove on it. Hats off to him too. He did amazing things on that bike. Pure and simple.

Therefore, if you are just a Stoner fan boy, try watching / commenting on V8's instead. I don't know any TV Channels that play it though
