If what emerged at the Silverstone race will repeat itself at the next race the drivers would only be able to boycott the race after that and that will only happen if MR F1 WILL NOT BE WITH US.

Presuming that they are talking about during practice or qualifying. If it starts happening during the race, it would be fascinating to see if the drivers are serious enough to all pull into the pits and retire from the race.

They should be. As they say, it's not just about them, it's also about the marshals and spectators. If a single tyre should explode during the GP I sincerely hope they all have the balls to pull into the pits and say enough is enough.

Lives in danger is not a good thing but the safety has improved so much hopefully tyres exploding will not cause injury again. The spectacle was seriously awesome and the cars handled it.. the most damage was done driving back and even then most survived.. fer'sure it was a lottery but hey, Nico changed his enough times at least.. Let's not forget the reports that Pirellii was asked to 'mix it up' - granted extreme but oh so exciting for the viewers! A bit like the sprinklers ideas come to life!!

if they don't want to drive bring in the reserves they get paid ridiculous amounts of money for what most people would do for nothing
the drivers need f1 not the other way round ....there used to be a skill called race craft where the drivers used to race by the seat of their pants ......where did that go, do you think the likes of rosberg snr, Villeneuve snr,, Peterson ,Mansel ,Prost or Lauda would be crying now ........no I don't think so ...get on with guy's man up to your job

re: "we shall immediately withdraw from the event, as this avoidable problem with the tyres endangers again the lives of drivers, marshals and fans."

and there it is. problems "foreseeable and preventable". ie. a clear and present danger.
