don't worry omah, she will be busy collecting data for toto at merc! :D :D

but it is supposed to be a YDT, so how is a 30 year old no- hoper, getting a drive, when there are young aspiring and good drivers not being given a chance?

They will probably give the excuse that because it is now a tyre test rather than a Young Drivers test then that means it's ok and anyway, what useful data could she collect for Mercedes seeing as Williams are so far off their pace.

Fully expected comments (apart from kiwibob) from armchair drivers.
Why can't people wait for the test results before casting their stones???
Good luck to her - she's way faster than me (and better looking too!!!)

Oh - and @ richard - your first comment might have been tongue in cheek (about data), but I would hesitate to comment on someone's integrity, even in jest. Bad form, Sir.

Omah and Richard.

It must be great to see into the future and know Susie is going to be slow.

I think its great that a woman is getting a break in F1. After all she will only get better by testing against current drivers. I doubt she will frighten Alonso but it will be interesting to see the difference between her and Maldonado.........

whitew. have you not seen Susie in DTM? she was in a good car there and despite competing for several years, she did not achieve anything, other than the odd finish!

I defend the right of all females to be given a chance, but when the likes of Catherine legge cannot make it into F1, and she was streets faster than Susie, then I still think that it is a waste of a chance for someone more deserving. had wolff not been involved with Williams, Susie would not be there!
