I think it would be more so of Kimi doing well at the track as opposed to Lotus. Not discounting the car's ability, but historically he has done very well here regardless of the machine under him.

Fantastic you are travelling to the venue. What a wonderful technical circuit. Would say have a blast ... but, kinda hard not to!

Darn it, there's a summer break coming? I thought we were in it now...the race at the Nurburgring seems like ages ago and it's still a week till Hungary :(

Withdrawal symptoms...

Great track to bust your European F1 cherry at ... lol.

My first Euro trek was Spa 2000. I too have been to numerous Indy events too and only to Montreal in 97 prior to crossing the pond ( sat not far from where Panis broke his legs) ... it just was not the same as Cleveland or Elkhart Lake, Toronto or Vancouver ... just so very different and passionate. F1 fans are really different. Hard to explain, but when you return tell me I'm wrong ... heh.

If you can, stay at the track until the very end. The site and recognition of the Team trucks leaving the track and all the people lined up along that road leaving the circuit with lights flashing and horns honking is just a joy to be a part of.
