Kamui Kobayashi: It's been an unusual year for me. I chose to tackle a new adventure with Ferrari, racing a 458 GT, rather than not drive...

He deserves to be there, he has several years experience and is quicker that most of the wannabees
who buy there drives and then dissapear into oblivion.
Unlike them he has proved he is quick and can adapt to the current tyres and race strategies, sorry he crashed in Moscow but they probably thought that's what F1 drivers do for a living! Who would you rather have driving for you? Kobayashi or Susie Wolff!

I would of thought a true F1 fan would support a driver in these sort of circumstances no matter who they support themselves and not slate him for making a mistake!! It happens to the best of them, so all you jealous Mcdonalds workers out there who only wish you could afford to go to a race let alone drive an F1 car BUTTON IT and go back watching your football as it sounds like that's all you deserve big mouths!!!

burrburr. come on! any person who gets a chance to drive an f1 car, even in a demo, is supposed to be one of the best drivers in the world. driving a car on wets, in a straight line and not being in control , is not the best way to demonstrate your skills. even Chilton has not made a mistake like that!
I don't work in mcdonalds, I don't even eat anything from mcdonalds , I don't watch football, I don't like football. but I do follow f1, and I like f1. I did afford to race, many years ago. so kindly do not tell me to button up (now I think of it, I am not a button fan either :D :D)

F1 fans are very divided, which is why all those who aren't fans of Kobayashi have been a tad unfair to him. I even seen some people say they could do a better job than him demo'ing a F1 car without crashing. Sure, you could on a bumpy, cold, wet road that wasn't designed for racing.

What I like is that the F1 Clienti team took it on the chin and made a joke out of it by presenting the broken front nose to Eugene Kaspersky.. Where miraculously the Kaspersky labs logos have surived :D.

Why did Ferrari invite Koba and give him an opportunity to drive F1 machines in Moscow? I think Ferrari keeps him as an insurance in a case Massa's performance is bad. Ferrari once thought Perez to replace Massa, but Perez went to Mclaren, but the team got Koba instead.
