Sorotkin's father has no pride or sense. Talking about buying your boy into F1. This takes the cake. He's not doing the kid any favours if he isn't ready yet. There have been a number of promising drivers whose careers have been ruined by making the move before they are mature and experienced enough.

He will not be recognized as Pay Driver. He is higher class than Perez and Maldonado.
He will be part owner driver if he got Superlicense because his father is negotiating to buy Sauber for his son F1 career.
Talent Driver like Kobayashi will be difficult to return to F1.
Now Rich kids are not interesting in pay driver category anymore. Their parent will buy F1 team and give them as birth day present. They will become team owner driver in near future of F1.
If he got into Formula One seat and then many Russian rich kids will ask their parent to buy F1 team. Today Russian has a lot of money in their pocket.
