if alonso wants to get out of his contract with ferrari without any penalties, then its best for him to criticise the team and car to the max. then they would have to sack him.
a free get out of jail card !!

You've won two WDCs with a different car. You are now driving a car that lacks the performance to finish first. Would you not criticize the car?

I've seen some rather dumb comments about Alonso's criticism of the F138. Some of you seem to have a very subservient attitude. Alonso is one of the few people in the world capable of driving at the top of the F1 level. Most any team would retain him as a driver and compensate him accordingly. The criticism of the F138 is deserved, IMO.

I think criticizing the car is fine, but don't do it publicly like this. It was very unprofessional from Alonso to flat out wish for another car, instead of trying to work with the team to help make the car better. Remember Rome wasn't built in a day, and the season has a long way to go is all that I am saying.......

Schumacher went to Ferrari and never once was a smart asss! He knew there was going to be lean years.

Ferrari know there is work to do, no need to rub their nose in it. Piss off if you dont like it at ferrari you flog.. !

Why the over-reaction??

It's not as if Fernando has been criticising the team over and over in public. Also, he HAS been a team player and driving the wheels off the car for years! Maybe LcDM is happier with Massa's performance?

@F1 Rules, you do realize Alonso pissed away the championship by driving in the back of Kimi at Suzuki last year right? And then continued to blame Kimi for being a fairly innocent bystander.........
