The first half of Lotus' 2013 season has been enjoyable, and relatively successful, but the team will always want more, according to Alan Permane.

All this positive talking about themselves is good because they need to badly market themselves better. However i hope internally they understand that they need to be more self critical and think like a championship contender team. they are extremely satisfied with a podium which is not a championship contender team would want. And that desire would make all the difference

Lotus seems much underrated and they don't push like the champs they could be. The drivers should be treated equally. Strategy is also an area that needs great attention. Give RG more attention. His like a kid acting out for attention by driving into other drivers. Kimi fits the team and need to focus. He always looks like he doesn't care for the team.
