I heard from a pretty reliable source that Dietrich wanted Kimi in the vacant Bull seat.

The team openly came out & admitted their target was Kimi, & he admitted he wouldn't mind going there.

Everything since then has just been posturing by each party to try get the best deal they can ... however, both parties seemed to manage to almost snooker themselves.

Now suddenly since Thursday, it's been possible again. I wouldn't be surprised if Dietrich has stepped in personally which is why puppet Marko announced the decision wouldnt be until Monza ... & why Kimi was missing from yesterdays conference.

Eddie Jordan said on the BBC yesterday that it's already a done deal with Ricciardo. Eddie has contacts in all the right places and he was TOTALLY adamant that the deal is already done. I hope he's right, having two number one drivers is a recipe for disaster, not like it was many years ago when drivers were gentlemen like Clark and Hill or Brabham and Hulme.
