Could someone please explain this to me....

RBR are seen as unstoppable, best car, best designer, best coffee maker in the canteen you name it.

Ferrari are viewed by some as garbage, useless team principal, cant design a car, everyone needs sacked, etc

2010 Alonso finished 4 points behind Vettel
2012 Alonso finished 3 points behind Vettel
2013 Closest to Vettel yet again.

So IF Ferrari are crap just how bad is every other team on the grid other than RBR?
