2005 American Grand Prix: Team Radio MSC:
"Tire wear is good, Michael. They can last another 100 laps." (Tire changes not allowed the WHOLE race)

2013 Races: Team Radio's at Lap 11:
"BOX BOX BOX YOU'RE TIRES ARE FINISHED QUICK GET INTO THE PITS THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY DESTROYED I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU ARE DRIVING WITH TIRES LIKE THE MY GOD THEY ARE DONE IT'S NOTHING BUT THE RIM GET TO THE PITS NOW!!!!!!!"

Exiting pits: "Right, your tires should last another 9 corners- FORGET THAT YOUR TIRES ARE DEMOLISHED! JUST GENTLY GET BACK TO THE P-*Crash* Unlucky there mate, we didn't call you in early enough...

The changes are badly needed (not that I am a fan of the new turbo engines) but it might actually be for the better. As for the tyres, I have nothing against the FIA for not having penned the Pirelli deal, the big fat blown up man (Michelin) might also be good to shake it up. We have seen enough of the Pirelli shambles this year.
