F1 » Press is trying to create rifts, says Alonso

Fernando Alonso was clearly unhappy with how the events in Monza had been covered by the media, which he accused of trying to stir up tensions between himself and Ferrari.

"You reap what you sow" springs to mind.

Ferrari did their best to destabilize RBR via the press last year (RBR can usually do that themselves though if they need too), not saying that was Alonso's doing but they are a team...according to Luca.

el diablo?! Wow, great nickname for Alonso. Richard said that you like very much Alonso as a driver, rob. But you will never admit that. Anyway you look to be very sensible about every new that crash posts about Alonso. A relation about love and hate at the same time, isn't it, mate?

He's overated and a prima dona (ask McLaren).

But Fernando you do not need the press, you are publicly doing it over the radio yourself.....................

As Eddie Jordan said, most people would get sacked for the comments you made.............

i think fernando is starting to feel the heat at ferrari, the tension appeared to ramp up as soon as the rumour that ferrari had signed raikkonen, when he said he would like someone elses car and his manager spoke to red bull. He maybe the best driver on the grid, he isnt bigger than ferrari though

Said it before & i'll say it again, maybe Alonso needs a cooling off period.
Try going away & see how F1 does without you & you may come back a better man.
Note i didnt say better driver as he is a good driver just has a bad attitude!!

@Moggsie

I think your right, but i'm not sure F1 would miss him, its been 7 years since he won the championship, he's hardly the star of the show.

Add this to him having zero personality NO GREAT LOSS.
