F1 » Heckling sours Vettel's moment of glory in Monza

As they so often do, the Tifosi made their feelings known loud and clear at the end of the Italian Grand Prix. And it wasn't a very pleasant or comfortable experience for the race winner.

The Booing ?

It was in fact booing to Ferrari , for their inefficiency to overcome Red Bull despite all those hoopla - 458 Italia, Enzo, 599 etc.

It was also in fact that they were turned down by Alonso, despite all those promises.

It was also booing to themselves for not able to control their frustrations.

And that was that !

Capisce ?

GeorgeManont,

I think we got your point how many times,,, but you are wrong, it was Vettel they were booing to because he doesn't drive a red car.

Rob, you don't like Vettel do you, to bad because he's going to win a 4th championship lol
And as for the finger he only displays it when he wins, I guess that's a lot.

to be honest, even though I dislike booing etc, it is understandable in Italy due to their passion for Ferrari. they weren't booing the person consciously, they were booing a driver who beat their beloved Ferrari.

the brits cheering when vettels car broke down at Silverstone, was a far worse display of bad manners.

No ones wrong I guess, that's just the way it is, when in this case you have passionate Ferrari fans, I'm from New Zealand and in rugby booing happens all the time when the opposition lines a field penalty of conversion kick.
There's no stopping a large crowd like that.
Also with Vettel looking to win his fourth championship you can understand there frustration . But thats LIFE
