RedBull backed teams dont need the money!

This is so stupid, first it was RedBull cant run Kimi because hes salary is so big. No they are putting some pay driver in Toro Rosso. Toro Rosso is stepping stone for RB and they want best drivers in there, they dont care money. If they wanted they could put Kimi and Alonso driving in Toro Rosso, Vettel and Schumaher in backup and Hamilton, Rusberg to work the wheel guns. They have money, only thing they care is talent, just like it should be.

They have a lot of good options. All 3 MW Arden drivers in GP3 have been really good, but none are ready to step up to F1. And then Mitch Evans isn't ready yet either, actually I'm not sure if his ties to Red Bull was just thru Webber. As long as they don't put someone like ceccotto in. I haven't seen any of Da Costa's races this year, but all the rumblings I've heard have been in regards to him

In this case I agree with Tost, Nasr has been consistent but not necessarily fast and while consistency is something most can learn, natural speed is not.

I think it would be a shame if they only look at the guys from the Red Bull program though, if there are better options out there (with Da Costa currently sitting fifth behind Magnussen, Vandoorne, Stevens and Melker and the others arguably too 'light' at this point as well) I'd reckon they should go for it.
