Sebastian Vettel says he will miss his rivalry with Mark Webber when the latter leaves F1 at the end of the year

Although it is obvious they don't get along, I think their relationship has being really good in terms of both drivers being at the top of their game. When you have two top drivers in the same team (e.g Senna and Prost) there will always be fierce rivalry. Webber and Vettel have provided us with great racing and great competition, now we just have to see how Ricciardo copes with Vettel, unfortunately Ricciardo seems like he will be more of a push over than what Webber was.

General feeling seems to be that Ricciardo is not going to be anywhere near Vettel.
I think he might surprise a few people.
He has been very quick in the junior categories and has a better record in them than Vettel has.
I definitely think he will push Vettel harder in qualifying than Webber has done.

I've only seen Webber push Vettel in 2010, he got murdered in 2011 by 135 points even though driving the same car as Vettel and finished behind Jenson even though he was driving the brilliant RB7 which for me is the best of Red Bull racing cars maybe apart from the current RB9, and in 2012 Vettel finished 102 points in front of Webber and even as the new kid on the block at RBR in 2009 Webber could not test Vettel.

The only thing Vettel will miss is not being able to make Mark look second best by a mile at Red Bull.

In 2010 the luck they RBR had was both Vettel and Webber had the chance to win the title on the day of the final race in Abu Dhabi! if not RBR werent prepared to help Webber! even if they had lost the title to Fernando

That's a crock.

You have to be pretty single minded to have achieved the success he has. He always comes across well in interviews and stuff away from F1.

Much more personable that Schumacher was on his 1st stint in F1 (he was a cyborg back then), he was a much different person (nicer) on his 2nd stint in F1 .

I've been a huge Webber fan since 2002, but please, let's be realistic. Mark hasn't really pushed Sebastian since 2010. There is no competition anymore, and for a long time I've thought it's because Mark no longer enjoys Formula 1, and his recent comments confirm that.
