Alonso should just concentrate to race at his best without thinking at the standings. And enjoy the rest of the season. Next year, new regulations, new cars, new circuits and a brand new team-mate for him. Everything can happen.

While I didn't bother to sum up the points gathered by the next Ferrari team in this race, it seems to me, however, that they will be very hard to beat next season and, for sure, Ricciardo will have to raise his game if RBR is to maintain a word to say regarding WCC in 2014.
Maybe he will prove me wrong by the time but, as it stands now, Seb will rather fight as a lonely wolf next season.
On a final note , I would mention that the car factor was not considered, which is obvious, as no one can make a prediction in the field.

What I loved seeing was Alonso's start. The way he got a flying start and then muscled his Ferrari around the outside of turn 1, it reminded me of the older days of F1 say 1992-2004 where you could see the drivers actually having to work with the car.
