'[Vettel] always wins and he is going to continue on that curve. He's on his way to his fourth world championship...'

Lewis still has to race at his best because the 2nd place in the constructors is quite reachable. 7 points of difference between Ferrari and Mercedes is nothing. I guess that we won't see other upgrades on both cars for the rest of the season, so both teams, including their drivers must maximise what they already have at their disposal. Alonso is still reachable despite the 36 points gap and Raikkonen is still a threat to him.

Purely on the basis of the laws of Physics, is it possible that if Ferrari can qualify Alonso second to Vettel on the grid and he deploys that devastating launch control, he can jump Vettel in the first few corners the way Rosberg was unable to do on Sunday? And if that happens, does Alonso and the Ferrari have the race pace to keep Vettel behind and give him a battle of attrition? Or will Vettel just overtake him and disappear as usual?

This is not an anti-Vettel post, just an F1 fan's wish. We all know that Vettel is probably going to win the WDC again this year, but this is a question for the neutrals on the site, who want to see one or two more "all-out battles" before the end of the season. Vettel running and hiding in every race is frankly, more boring. And Alonso seems to be the only one keeping him honest. Kimi, Lewis, Webber and Rosberg are not stepping up to the plate consistently enough to give neutral F1 fans the real battles they want to see!

Until FA, KR, Lulu and alike have the same car like SV's driving, there won't be any battle happening. Specially this time of the year when most of the teams are shifting their focus for next years car.

Lulu,
Have you decided that changing your helmet livery is the secret to success? Its obviously working for Sebastian. I noticed that for the first time, in Singapore, you were not wearing the "Senna Helmet." Why is that? You JUST made a video where you bragged about always having the Senna lid, and that "all the Greats" as you said, always kept the same helmet design throughout their career.
Like someone has suggested, in a couple of days you might be saying "I'm ready to fight Vettel tooth and nail till the bitter end of 2013."
