I'm not too sure that he has the car to do that, Mclaren are still to far behind to give Button a chance of a podium, Red Bull especially have pulled clear of the rest and I expect another Vettel demonstration with the rest fighting for places, Button will be lucky to get in the top eight unless there is mass unreliability and accidents.

If Button couldn't get a podium finish here with the Mp4-26 in 2011, I doubt that he will do it with the Mp4-28. The 2011 Korean GP was the only time that McLaren was very competitive in Yeongham and Lewis got the only pole position for McLaren that year. In 2010 and 2012 Red Bull and Ferrari were clearly stronger than McLaren in Korea, especially Red Bull which managed to get both drivers on the podium in the last two events and could do the same in 2010 but bad luck stroke to them.

Korea 2011 was a great tossup between Lewis and Webber, I guess that was the race Alonso shouted he give when he couldnt pass Button. The 2010 race was interesting race because of the amount of safety cars and how Vettel bolts off after the safety car releases them! only for Vettel's car give up the ghost! it is a track thatsnot kind on the tyre, not especally if you get your set-up wrong! the front tires do take some punishing.
