F1 » Vettel: It's not as boring as the Schumacher era

Sebastian Vettel: If you take Korea which I think is more similar to Spa, the gap was something between three and six seconds for the whole race. If you look at ten years ago [with Schumacher], it was more like thirty to sixty seconds which is a big difference.

I would also say it not boring, more is happening in the races even though 1 guy is leading.

The end of the day Hamilton comments come of the back he isn't winning. If your favorite driver was winning would you moan?

I'm not vettels biggest fan but him combined with the car is better than everyone else in the field. Webbers in the same car, yet not second in the championship, so its not all about an Adrian Newey designed car.

Next year will be interesting with the new regulations and engine. Will you get an out of place team dominate the first half of the season as you did in 2009 or will it be the top 4 teams pulling away from the rest due to their resources.

I don't think it's quite as boring. But seeing the same driver win race after race does get rather depressing. While it is closer (only due to the tyres) I would still like to see battles for the lead and for the championships. You don't just watch a race for the mod field scrap.
