In terms of pace his car is the best. And he is the better driver in the Red Bull camp. The only thing he needs is a perfect reliable car. I am pretty sure that he will perform perfectly, especially now that he won't have any pressure at all. He is winning the WDC and his team is winning the WCC. The only thing that must worry Vettel is the possibility to equal or beat some of Schumacher records or Ascari's record of nine straight wins. This records are his only rivals at the moment.

Firestorm, Good call, he's already on 5 consecutive wins in a season which matches Schumacher 2004, Mansell 2002, Clark 1965 and Brabham in 1960. Schumacher holds the record of 7 consecutive wins in a season in 2004.

Ascari did win 9 consecutive races that he entered, 6 in 1952 but then he missed Indy 1953 and then won in Holland and Belgium in 53. Still 6 races consecutively in a season, great record.

I think even if he doesnt start on the front row he has the patience and race craft to let the race come to him. Like last time out.

People who says he cant race or overtake obviosuly dont watch the races.
