"Stefano Domenicali insists that Ferrari will learn quickly from the development problems that saw it lose ground in the 2014 F1 title race."

Erm my laptop clock says 2013, either you've time traveled or I'm stuck in the past....could be the latter.

Could edit it to say

if they know what the mistakes are ... to be honest Ferrari are not far behind with the current format in f1, if they can manage some goodness with the new loophole powered cars for next year. But to be honest, the rule making in F1 is turning F1 exclusively in to a political bargain.

Most teams suspect (know) the success of RB has been (as well as driving talent) a way of mapping to enhance down force. There have been those who say it is Vettel who is keeping his foot down longer on the fuel petal thus increasing the exhaust flow that is directed under the floor to increase the down force but logic would say the mapping program has the most to do with the extra revs and thus air. None of the other teams have been able to master this mapping which has not been seen as breaking the rules as per inspections. Maybe there will be a bit of hacking happening before next season..
