I agree that Button talks too much, he's got a crap car admittedly but he's never been able to qualify well and Perez is now looking the better bet. I would imagine next season will be Button's last as my guess is that come 2015 Mclaren will have Alonso and Brawn on board and will have no place for Button. I doubt Perez will be there either money or no money, if Mclaren are serious about getting back to the top they will need a very strong NO2 as well.

Button is a very strong number 2, nothing more.
Even if he has a champion title, I dont put him in the same stage as others.
He is too cold when he has to overtake, he is not enough agressive in defense mode...
He has a lack of fighting spirit.

Yeah, I guess you guys are right, next time someone asks Button something he should just say 'Sorry, can't say anything otherwise the 'experts' on crash.net will accuse me of talking too much'.

Yes, Button is crap at qualifying, better get rid of him so there's room for Alonso who is AMAZING at qualifying!

How the tide changes when a driver gets a couple of unlucky results. 'He's crap' they cry. Never with any driver is luck acknowledged except for favourites.

Onto the topic at hand, just like India. Contact at the start, needs to pit, ruins his long game strategy. Race was effectively done for JB once he pitted. Same as India. I'm not overly sure he could have made the 1 stop work as well as Di Resta (who did very well in a car that could treat the tyres well) but he could have easily made the points around Massa territory.

At the end of the day whether we like it or not F1 is a one man show not because Vettel is the best driver but because he has the best machinery. Jenson like Fernando, Mark, Nico, Lulu,Felipe. Sergio, Kimi etc have all had to play second fiddle to a four time world champion.
The reason Jenson is staying with McLaren is that he is a team player, represents the team well and Honda like him.
I believe that with a competitive car Jenson would be up there every GP.
