Well unless the quantum money has hit their bank account and they can afford to sign Hulkenburg this week (assuming he can get out of his Sauber contract) then I'd guess his chances are pretty good.

What's the point in having a reserve driver and not using him in this situation.....

@Taz, Hulk is a free agent already, Sauber were pretty transparent with him and came to an agreement that he could drive for the remainder of the season, and be avaliable to go to another team if and when required. Lotus could learn a thing or two from Sauber.
