@zzzzzzzz

I'm sure Kimi would have "raced through the pain" too if he's been paid something.

I doubt Fernando would be any different. Why put your body at risk for the team's financial benefit when your not been paid to do it?

@Taz

We don't know anything about his contract with Lotus regarding the agreed method of his payments, so I wouldn't discuss that.

We know that he got upset at Lotus because of the team talking to him in the radio in similar style he talked to the team numerous times in the past (which his fans found rather amusing). Since then he threatened to skip the last few races of the season, parked his car at the first corner in the last race and went on to treat his back problems. That's all we know.

But actually I don't care about either drivers, I was just being sarcastic. Alonso can only blame himself for injuring his back. No one told him to leave the track and overtake his opponents there. The last time I checked braking was still allowed in F1.

zzzzzzzzz. I agree with you about kimis language. apparently every second word in his normal conversation begins with the letter f. so the team talked to him exactly as he talked to them.

there are rumours that ferdi is having a new helmet painted with the logo "ooohhh my back". :D
