Why do I get the feeling this is all a lot of old hog wash? Why didn't he black out and lose consciousness with a 28 G hit? The black out, or red out limit, depending on the direction of the hit, is far far less, as little as 4 to 6 G's when experienced longitudinally. I realize this wasn't a sustained G force, but nevertheless, a 28 G hit would severely disoriented a person for at least a few seconds, and in a worst case scenario could well prove fatal. Sorry, I'm not buying it.

Well hopefully its not a permanent injury. And lucky Kimi got his problem fixed up.

Ferrari's 2014 driver line up - 2 experienced drivers in their 30s with back problems. Not a good thought.

whatever meter reading happened, Alonso has compressed and pinched joints and nerves.
I really dont think he'd have tape running all his back if he was A1. When your back is injured, all sorts of problems can occur!!

Well as he did many times before, create stories to show that the conditions are so difficult, then eventually he will say that we must be pleased with the result given the issues on practice days. He tries to impress as top driver that help the team although in an uncompetitive car, although Nico Hulkenberg has demonstrated that he could deliver better result with just Sauber.
