That's not a car! That's a Ferrari! Another demonstration of how important is this team, this brand, this motorsport icon. The Italians (read:Romans) used to say many centuries ago: There is no life outside the Roman Empire. Now they can say: There is no F1 wthout Ferrari.

Whatever Ferrari wants, Ferrari gets. The FIA sucks up to them constantly, especially as their former manager runs them and you don't need to mention Bernie Ecclestone, sucking up to people.

It's not a democracy, you have to accept that. Todt is a badge and blazer president, more happy to enjoy the trappings of the FIA president role rather than changing the sport. In his defense though, he hasn't tried to tear it apart.

“We must obtain the written consent of Ferrari prior to the appointment of any person as our chief executive officer if, within the past five years, he or she has held a senior executive office or an ownership interest of 5% or more in any Team or automobile manufacturer which either owns more than a 5% interest in a Team or is a supplier of engines to a Team,”

Sounds fair to me. Ferrari is not interested in who is sitting. They just want to make sure that the one sitting does not have any stake in any team.

If Ferrari had so much power I am pretty sure they will not just sit and watch Redbulls winning 4 titles in a row. ?

I am sure Bernie wants to balance out Ferrari power thats why so much Favour to Redbulls nowadays.
