Romain Grosjean says his use of a psychologist during the 2013 F1 season isn't a sign of weakness

I don't see it as a weakness, he identified a problem and tried to remedy it and so far it's worked.
At one point last season he was a disaster and looked to be heading for F1's exit door, it's been an admirable turn around.

Formula 1 is not only get in the car. step on the gas. and finish the race. there are other factors involved. for all we know SV is using a Crystal Ball to predict the right thing for that race.

Did not Grosjean say at the start of the year that he does not need such help? I remember somebody offered him help and Grosjean rejected, it was former driver, not psychologist, but still, Grosjean said that he does not need any help.
