paddy 100% correct. those two are like brothers. flip needs the odd gee-up, an know that rob will gve his to him when needed. equally, he knows that rob will give him the Ferrari corporate instructions, and complies

not for flip the "leave me alone" or "im trying to concentrate" comments.

they are a team, a good team, and deserve to get any success they can. and I do ope that they DO get it.

The only person who probably isn't happy about Rob coming over to Williams is Massa's new race engineer Andrew Murdoch. When Massa comes back to the garage who will he want to talk to? His brand new race engineer or his ex-race engineer that he has an 8 year relationship/understanding with?

There was a lot of talk of Rob following Felipe after Felipe's move had been confirmed but then it all went quiet and looked to be off. Strange that it's taken until 2 weeks before the season starts for the switch to happen, I wonder what caused the delay?
