Well, watching practice today a few things were clear ...

Common sense has completely given way to complicated red tape.
This was obvious when Lotus mechanics stood helplessly just centimeters away from their car that had been rolled into the pits, and had to wait for marshalls to come roll it car length further forward before they were allowed to touch it ...

Listening to Bernie being interviewed reminded me of a conversation with my dear departed granddad, just before the family decided it was probably best we take away his car keys, lock up his power tools, and stop allowing him to babysit alone.

Lulu's driving is alot like my golf game ... both are magically attracted to the patches of sand.

The most important part apart from reliability is the ability to make use of the maximum electric power for the maximum permitted time per lap, the team that can best maximises that will be able to run the IC engine part of the PU for the longest period of time at the maximum fuel flow allowed and therefore at maximum power. remember that that the rules allows an output t
from the MGU-K of 4mj and only an input back to the ES from the MGU-K of 2mj, the other half will have to be provided by the MGU-H that is apart from it having to control the turbo.
roBO1, Rob, need not read or even understand the above as he will not buy-it.

NO-ONE should have to understand any of that just to follow the sport they enjoy(ed). Spot the problem.

It's like trying to read a text conversation between two 15 yr olds. Exhausting!

Objective, The flow (output) of the MGU-H which is rotated by the turbo is just about the only unlimited output, this output can flow either to the ES or to the MGU-K, but in both cases it cannot exceed 4mj, that is,neither the ES nor the MGU-K can received more than 4m,j per lap.

Taz, it doesn't matter, we all misspell or hit the wrong button from time to time even those that are writing in their mother language and will be the most allergic to reading miss spells.
As I said those that doesn't need to or are not bothered to understand such things to enjoy the racing shouldn't be bother to read but on the other hand they then shouldn't jump-in head first into a technical discussion and just parrot what some of the media feeds them as all they will be contributing will just be EE ORR'S (thanks again Googol).
