Oh wow, Lewis sees it fit to give advice on leadership now that things are going his way. it all about the car man, all about the car, at least that's what your fan boys keep telling us. Hope you keep a brave face when things go sour bro.

That's a bit ripe coming from Hamilton, I'm not too sure that he has managed to show any leadership during his time in F1, like Vettel he's fine when everything is going his way but it's when it's not that's when the big boys stand up and I hav'nt seen any of that from Hamilton. He seems more interested in dreary American singers, dogs and funny haircuts but I suppose he will eventually grow up.

Theoldgitspeaks - Hamilton grow up ? Dont think so. Hes as grown up now as he,ll ever be. What a shame he has to open his mouth. Half decent driver ruinned by his personality and behaviour.

i didnt hear vettel telling hamilton to buck his ideas up when he (vettel) was pummelling everyone, the last time i recall ham being this chipper he told the world 'only i can beat vettel in an inferior car', we know how that season turned out. a quote from ron dennis ' Sebastian is a very motivated driver even at this difficult stage and it shows to me how much he is willing to sacrifice. He is 100% dedicated to his career'
