Remember when Vettel was winning all those championships and piling up gaudy wins totals? Now, Seb is routinely being outperformed by his teammate Ricciado.

Put Alonzo, Hamilton, whoever, in the previous iteration of the Redbull Fi car, and it's safe to say they would have achieved the same results. Vettel is talented no doubt but just like in MotoGP, with the exception of the wunderkind MM93 who would probably be winning on the M1 as well, the guy with the best equipment package wins.

Senna will always be regarded as the best ever.

I'm beginning to feel very sorry for the Torro Rosso duo. I think both are probably pretty good but its a rare day that something doesn't go hideously wrong for one or both.

But then a lot of the cars seem to be dropping to bits.

After the break I predict quite a few grid penalties for broken components and utter chaos when trying to work out the grid from qualifying.
The shouty man on BBC will, in all probablility, explode.
