We were denied a race for the win, but that's how it goes. Good job to pull it home Hamilton. A little spice to the WDC. Just let's not shoot the yapper off.

Glad to hear Kimi is fine all things considered.

Good racing continues behind the Mercs.

Edit: another great podium by Bottas. Look forward to Massa having a bit of luck needed to pull some results. Good racing and strategies by others - DR, JB, SV, and FA.

Great drive from Lewis to recover after his qualifying debacle...tough for Nico.
Awesome from Bottas to take a convincing podium. Incredible tyre preservation from Ricciardo. But the best part of the race was the fight between Alonso and Vettel. That made the race for me.

Boring race, with good dry weather, was to be expected. Was really no need to stop race either after Kimi's crash, as they do in IndyCar, just a caution and yellow flag. Just glad Kimi is ok.

What a good race. I'm happy for Hamilton it must be a great feeling to win his home grand prix. Well done to Ricciardo, I have no idea how he made those medium compound tyres last 37 laps.

What a boring procession as 1st & 2nd are never challenged (except if one of the Mercs brake down) and the British crowd and PETRONAS think that this was such a challenging and close race for the lead, very sad that F1 has come down to a no challenge for the 1st & 2nd positions when the Mercs have always 40sec advantage on the rest of the field. It's such a pity because if we had the racing that Vettel and Alonso displayed today then F1 would be such a great racing venue.

Excellent race, battles through the field, championship is now very close.

The Vettel alonso battle was epic, and Ricciardo holding on to keep those tyres was mega, he better get a pay rise next season that kid is going places.

Also congrats to williams and bottas finally getting the deserved results, shame about massa getting taken out early as they surely would of got a double podium either way its great to see williams on the podium as an F1 fan.
