Yes don't say anything.
We all know where Ferrari stands - not up there, nor down there.
Alonso has summed up Ferrari's current performance ability.
We don't want to hear more talk , we want to see better results.

The new temporary team leader doesn't want to make comments about changing personnel which makes perfect sense. He will actually have very little to say about the new personnel when he is shown the door at the end of the season. There will be however, plenty of vacancies for Mattiacci's replacement to fill.
