Alonso isn't a fan of Seb. Fernando bigging up Daniel (the RBR rookie who is thumping him) will annoy Seb so I expect a lot more Ricciardo-love coming from him this season.

Smart cookie, is Alonso...

Both Alonso and Daniel doesn't have to say a thing - it was just great.
No need for any figjam.
Their dogfight was F1 action in its purest form. Good onya mates, Awesome, O la la Fantastisco, Fabuloso ,Wunderbar.

Some more please!

I can understand Daniel's feeling of having fun with the hard but clean racing - if you are not having fun and enjoying the challenge of tight racing, then what are you doing gridding up.
Motor racing started out as a sport of enthusiasts testing their machinery and skills. Then over time as manufacturers became involved it slowly evolved into an extension of product marketing, till we have arrived at a point now, where most teams have lost sight of the sporting qualities of GP racing.
Personally, I fondly recollect a VMX race meeting, where I cleared off from the pack and was enjoying a good test of racing out in front with a past national MX champion. On the last lap I came down and after remounting I rode around the next corner to find my competitor waiting for me to resume the racing to the the chequered flag.
That is the essence of racing enjoyment. Winning by half a lap doesn't give the satisfaction of dueling all the way to the line and winning.
