Kate,

Are you serious, 60 million is an admission as plain as the nose on my face. If Bernie's position was tenuous before, then it must be all but sealed now, assuming there is just a slither of morality left in the F1 corporate world.

DuhFerrari: Successor for Bernie, .....Briatore ? No please No!
He'll probably turn F1 to a WWF circus - more staged drama than actual real life racing action.

Bit late for that

Well it wasn't unexpected was it?

I suppose Bernie now has to go "cap in hand" to his trust, that he doesn't control, ask for $100M which of course has to be $166.6M as it needs to be paid to him personally and therefore pay 40% tax on?

P.S. sorry for the sarcasm (HMRC)

"With liberty and justice for Bernie"

In the words of Ian Hislop, "If this is justice then I'm a banana"

Workmen are currently modifying the statue of Justice on the top of the Old Bailey. The scales in her right hand are being replaced with a larger, open hand, outstretched.
