Valtteri Bottas is keen to stay with Williams for 2015 and says he doesn't believe the team has reached its peak yet

If he says he wants to stay he'll stay I reckon. He's shown the team he's got what it takes, so I'm pretty sure the only way he'll be leaving is if a bigger team poaches him. And if, as some suspect, Williams want to bring in Nasr then that would make Bottas an even more valuable asset.

IMHO, Williams are on the up. They cause Merc problems, and seem to constantly be dicing with RBR. McL, Ferrari, Lotus are really no where to be found. FIF1 have totally been on the down slide and flailing about. Sure next year could change a lot, but without drastic rule changes and Williams having a good base car no reason to move.

Massa I think is a 50/50. He really needs to have a great 2nd 1/2 of the season. Yes he's had several runs of accidents not his fault, but when on track, he's outpaced. Unless they're keeping him for his development skills, he might be shown the door. Personally I'd love to see RG come in, or give Nasr a crack at the whip.

I don't see he has much chide really all top drives are taken unless he was to take a massive gamble and go to mclaren
He should stay out for 1 year and be in contention for top seats in 2016
