Come on KR I thought you were a bigger man than this... From what I saw Hamilton moved right off the racing line, what else is he supposed to do, run off the track??

It's part of qualifying that there is a good possibility someone will get in your way at the end of a short session when everyone is out on track. Surely its up to the strategist to pick the best time for you to go out on track and get some open space.

All the bitching and moaning just adds to what has been a sorry season for F1.

RE:ALLIE

Alright then, i'll put it to you this way.... if Hamilton hadn't of been there do you really think that Kimi would have run wide and had to catch the car. And also take into account the fact that he's had no problem with that corner all weekend.

Well?

re "Well?"

Well what exactly?

Allie makes the point that LH move off the racing line, and asked what else he was supposed to do.

All yo have one is point out the beeding obvious in an agressive manor.

Well? Well done, mate.

Lucky Lewis once again.

There are rules, which Lewis deems only for other drivers. This season will be over tomorrow, and it looks very good that Lewis will be celebrating. There is always next year, and beleive you me, now that all the drivers know what Hamilton is really all about, he wont get away with his chicanery. They will be watching for him.

jj are you going to say that hamilton should be put back 10 grid slots just becouse his sh1t stinks. You lot just try to get him put back just because he is not your favorite driver, take your blinkers off. Like he said to a reporter (did you want me to put my indicator on). Any more to the left and he would have been on the grass. If kimi loosing his bottle as a couple of years ago he would have gone past flat out like he did when he track was thick with smoke. WELL PAUL WELL PAUL

If it hadn't been Lewis, I doubt that Kimi would said anything. Even if it had been another driver, Kimi would have made the same misjudgement as he was obviously distracted by there being another car on the track.
Begs the question if we should go back to single car shoot-out like the super-pole they have in World Super Bires.
Or have a complete free-for-all like there is in MotoGP and as it used to be in F1. Many a time was there the excuse that a driver got held up on their fast lap!

All lewis had to do was lift, not move, just lift.

second, were they closer too each other than massa and alonso were a year ago at monza, YES they were, so to show consistant rules he would have to have a pen of some form.

will he get it, no, does he deserve it? probably not, but u cant have rules for one and not another, he should start 6th 5places back like alonso did at monza.if not then the sport is pretty fake, which it has proven its self to be anyway

1) Actually they sent Hamilton two times just ahead of Kimi when Kimi was starting his fast laps. Q2 + Q3.

2) It's not about whether Lewis should take more to left or right hand side of the track. He should just keep his line and break earlier before the turn and not mess others laps, of course it was just coincidence that he braked exactly in the turning point of corner 4.

3) You can't turn to the corner as normally if there's a car inside or almost inside the corner, it's a complete lotter guessing on speed like that about where Lewis is going to move ahead as it's Lewis anyway. Anyone remember Vettel + Webber collusion that he cost?

Allie says: strategist to pick the best time for you to go out on track and get some open space.
*Lewis+McLaren strategist are damn good indeed, they simply sent Lewis on Kimi's way when they saw Kimi starting the fast lap.
*Kimi+Ferrari were already running on the track and just starting the fast lap, they couldn't affect anything regarding strategy at that point, it was all in hands of Lewis+McLaren.

Again, McLaren has chosen a better strategy for Lewis than Alonso. Alonso only had 3 seconds left when starting his final lap, as Lewis tires was changed first of course. So Alonso had to burn too much of his tires already on the warming lap, while Hamilton had enough time play with KR.
